DOTDUNE | TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Organiser
Thecompetition is organised by DOTDUNE Investments CC ("DOTDUNE"), Shop 22, MaeruaMall, Windhoek.
2. Competition period
The proposed competition runs from 1 October 2026 until 11:30 on Friday, 27 November 2026, subject to regulatory approvalbefore launch. The draw will take place at 12:00 on 27 November 2026 at DOTDUNE's store. All times are Namibian time.
The approved dates and times will be confirmed before entries open.
3. Whomay enter
Entry is open to individual customers aged 18 or older residing in Namibia.
DOTDUNE's members, directors, partners,employees, agents and consultants may not enter. Theirspouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners and associates are also excluded.
4. Howto enter
Spend N$500 or more on products in a single in-store transaction during the competition period. Write your full name and a working contact number clearly on the till slip and place it in the designated entry box before the closing time.
The qualifying amount is the product total after discounts, including VAT. Delivery charges and service fees do not count towards the N$500 minimum.
Keep a photographor duplicate of your receipt for warranty and purchase records.
5. Number of entries
Each qualifying till slip provides one entry, regardless of its total value. For example, a N$500 purchase and a N$2,000 purchase each receive one entry.
Customers may enter more than once using separate qualifying purchases. Receipts cannot be combined to reach N$500, and the same transaction cannot be entered more than once, including through receipt reprints.
6. Payment and returns
Purchases must be fully paid to DOTDUNE before entry. Deposits, unpaid orders and incomplete lay-bys do not qualify.
Cancelled transactions and purchases refunded before the draw do not qualify if the remaining eligible product total falls belowN$500. An exchangedoes not createan additional entry.
Participation does not remove a customer's applicable return, warrantyor statutory rights.
7. Theprize
One winner will receive one brand-new PlayStation 5 Pro console, with an advertised retail value of N$21,999, including its standard boxed contents.
Additional accessories, games and subscriptions are not included unless expressly advertised. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. No payment or further purchase is required to receive it. Applicable warranty documentation will be supplied with the prize.
8. Drawand verification
One slip will be drawn randomly from the mixed entries in the entry box. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection.
The competition will be overseen and certified by an independent accountant, registered auditor or legal practitioner approved by the Lotteries Board.
The selected entry will be checked against DOTDUNE's transaction records and these rules. Fraudulent, duplicate or unverifiable entries will be disqualified. If an entry is invalid,another slip will be drawn. The winner does not need to attend the draw.
9. Contacting the winner
DOTDUNE will attempt to contact the selected entrant immediately after the draw using the number on their till slip.
Theentrant must respondand confirm acceptance of the prizewithin 24 hours of the firstcontact attempt. DOTDUNE will make at least three contact attempts during this period, using calls and SMS or WhatsApp where available. A written message will state the exact response deadline.
If the entrantdoes not respondwithin 24 hours, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, their entry will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawnunder the same supervised process.The same contact and response rules will apply to the replacement winner.
The 24-hour deadline applies to responding and accepting the prize; collection remains subject to clause 10.
The confirmed result will be announced on DOTDUNE's official Facebook page after verification. Contact numbers and identity-document details will not be published.
10. Prize collection
The verified winner must arrange collection within 30 calendar days of notification, unless an extension is agreed in writing.
Collection is from DOTDUNE, Shop 22, Maerua Mall, during trading hours. The winner must present valid identification and sign an acknowledgement of receipt. An authorised representative may collect by prior arrangement.
DOTDUNE will issue a final reminder and allow a further seven calendar days before treating an uncollected prize as unclaimed. Any replacement draw will follow applicable regulatory requirements.
11. Personal information and publicity
Entry details will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility and contact the winner. Necessary records may be shared with the competition's independent overseer and regulators and retained for legally required periods.
Entering does not automatically subscribe a customerto marketing messages.
Winner photographs, interviews and promotional appearances are optional and require separate consent. Declining publicity does not affect entitlement to the prize.
12. Fair administration and enquiries
DOTDUNE will apply thesepublished rules consistently. Any necessary changesmust comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements and will be communicated through the same channels used to advertise the competition.
These terms do not exclude any rights or remediesavailable under Namibianlaw.
Copies of the rules are available free of charge from the store during trading hours throughout the competition.
