Delivery Policy
Additional courier costs may apply to remote areas. Orders Placed before 12h00 will be sent the same day. Orders made after 12h00 or on Saturdays & Sundays will be sent on the next business day.
Refund Policy
My Spy Security works on a NO REFUND policy on goods purchased. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased was delivered defective and you notify us with details of the product and the defect within 3 days of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone call whether you are entitled to a replacement or exchange for another product as a result of the defect.
