Refund Policy
Katazo Investments works on a NO REFUND policy on goods purchased. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased was delivered defective and you notify us with details of the product and the defect within 4 days. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or phone call whether you are entitled to a replacement or exchange for another product due to the defect.
