The client will pay for the preferred delivery service.
Same-day delivery in Windhoek. 2 - 3 working days outside of Windhoek.
FOR ALL DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ORDERED AND DELIVERED BUT ARE NOT WORKING, THE CLIENT WILL THEN NEED TO ARRANGE TO GET A NEW ONE
Refund Policy
A product will ONLY be eligible for a refund if the customer has reported the product as faulty or defective, Falling marks, Dents or Chips, "Product has to be returned by customer"
Inspection of the product has to be done and thereafter the report will indicate if the product will be exchanged, refunded or if the product was damaged by human error.
