Installation dates and service bookings are arranged according to customer requirements, location and availability. Delivery and installation charges, where applicable, will be communicated before confirmation of an order.

Customers will be informed of any changes or delays affecting their scheduled services.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for tracking devices, CCTV equipment and installation services will be assessed based on the circumstances of each purchase. Customers must report defective equipment or unsatisfactory services within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Refunds for cancelled bouncer services will depend on the notice provided and any costs already incurred.

Where applicable, customers may be offered a repair, replacement, service correction or refund.
