PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website include VAT, but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the Website and shall not be deemed to be made until We have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which We have already accepted. Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, We will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, We will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

N$35 delivery fee for customers in Windhoek/ Arrange a pick-up for free

Delivery to other towns may depend on the client's preferred courier service.

COURIER FEES
Clients cover their own transport/courier fees, unless in a case were arrangements are made for @Pieces_na to pay for your fee.

Note: Pickups by individuals other than the buyer of the product, sent by the client are done at the client's own risk. No refunds, replacements/exchanges will be made for lost/damaged items due to improper handling/carelessness of the collector sent by the client.



Refund Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at piecesbyiverson@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
